A big thanks to our stewardship co-chairs for 2011: Blaine Brokaw, John Kiefer and Jane Prough who launched an energized campaign. The response was 80 individuals and families willing and eager to make an investment in Calvary Church with  their time, talent and treasure, and to make our church a place of grace. In total, we have come up to $146,000 in pledges for 2011.  Though we fell short of our $160,000 goal, there are ten who are pledging for the first time.  We enter a new year with $9,000 more in pledges than we took in for 2010.  This can only be understood as a strong commitment to growth in grace at Calvary.

If you haven’t yet made a pledge, it is not too late.  Several of the 80 pledges were unspecified. The Stewardship and Finance Committees would be greatly encouraged by concrete commitments and support of our budget and new Vestry in 2011.
